Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your unused nail wraps or gels in their original mailer or a small envelope to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
